生态产品价值实现作为推动“绿水青山”向“金山银山”转化的重要路径,是马克思空间正义理论的生动实践,是处理保护与发展矛盾的创新解,是人与自然和谐共生的时代要求。当前,生态产品价值实现的实践探索主要包括生态产业经营、生态保护补偿和生态指标交易等方面,面临政策体系不够成熟、政策之间衔接不力等问题。“十四五”时期,生态产品与生态损害赔偿的衔接、生态产品价值核算及其应用、生态工业发展、生态资源指标交易、生态农产品认证等发展前景较好。

As an important path to promote the transformation from"green water and green mountain"to"golden mountain and silver mountain",the realization of ecological product value is a vivid practice of Marx's theory of spatial justice,an innovative solution to the contradiction between protection and development,and the requirement of the times for the harmonious coexistence of man and nature.At present,the practical exploration of realizing the value of ecological products mainly includes ecological industry management,ecological protection compensation and ecological index trading,which are facing the problems of immature policy system and weak connection between policies.During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,there are good prospects for the connection between ecological products and ecological damage compensation,the value accounting and application of ecological products,the development of ecological industry,the index trading of ecological resources,and the certifi cation of ecological agricultural products.
