摘要
为了改善钛白粉耐候性,通常是利用化学沉淀法可以在TiO_(2)纳米颗粒表面包覆均匀连续的无机壳层,但包覆过程需要严格控制条件。本文通过溶胶-凝胶途径将CeO_(x)纳米点直接沉积到TiO_(2)颗粒上,使得TiO_(2)颜料的耐候性以及在水中分散性得到显著改善。在CeO_(x)点修饰的TiO_(2)颗粒表面再沉积SiO_(2)层,可进一步提高产品的耐候性和颜料性能。
To improve the weatherability of TiO_(2), the surface of TiO_(2)is coated with uniform and continuous inorganic films via precipitation methods. However, this surface treatment process needs strictly-controlled conditions. In this article, CeO_(x)nano-dots were deposited on the TiO_(2)surface via a sol-gel approach to improve the weatherability and dispersibility in the water. Besides, a SiO_(2)outer layer was subsequently deposited on the surface of the CeO_(x)dot-decorated TiO_(2)to further enhance the weatherability and other properties of the TiO_(2)pigment.
