北京二号遥感影像多层级双尺度新增建设用地自动提取

Multi-level and Dual-scale Automatic Extraction Method of New Construction Land Based on BJ-2 Remote Sensing Images

摘要 已供国有建设用地开发建设情况的状态监测是土地供后监管的一项重要内容,以北京二号遥感影像为数据源,建立新增建设用地的类型层级,确定适合各类型的不同分割尺度,采用多特征约束的提取规则,实现新增建设用地的自动提取。实验结果表明,多层级双尺度方法提取结果的正确率和遗漏率分别为91.41%、6.06%,正确率高于分割尺度为30的单尺度方法(83.45%),遗漏率低于分割尺度为100的单尺度方法(7.58%),可在保证精度的情况下,实现不同类型新增建设用地的自动提取,在土地供后监管中具有一定的应用价值。 Monitoring the development of construction land that has been provided is an important part of the land supply supervision.Taking BJ-2 remote sensing images as the data source,we established the type hierarchy of new construction land at first.Then,we determined different segmentation scales suitable for each type.Finally,we used multi-feature constraint extraction rules to extract the new construction land.Experimental results show that the correct rate and omission rate of multi-level and dual-scale method proposed in this paper are 91.41%and 6.06%,respectively.The correct rate is higher than the single-scale method with a segmentation scale of 30,which correct rate is 83.45%.The omission rate is lower than the single-scale method with a segmentation scale of 100,which omission rate is 7.58%.This method can realize the automatic extraction of different types of new construction land while ensuring the accuracy,which has certain application value in land supply supervision.
