地面气象观测站探测环境倾斜摄影评估方法

摘要 仰角、斜距和距高比测量结果是国家地面气象观测站探测环境评估的重要内容。利用倾斜摄影测量技术建立气象观测站探测环境三维模型,以大范围、高精度、高清晰的方式全面感知复杂场景,直观反映障碍物外观、位置、高度等属性,可提高测绘效率和评估结果的准确性。由稳定的低空飞行器、检定合格的数码相机、卫星导航定位模块以及三维模型处理软件组成的倾斜摄影测量系统,以气象观测站为中心,采用Smart3D软件进行空三加密和三维建模,并自动寻找最佳视角影像,根据气象探测环境保护相关国家标准识别并量算探测环境区域内的障碍物几何参数,可实现自动化辅助评估。 The measurement results of elevation,oblique distance and distance height ratio are important contents of detection environment assessment of national ground meteorological observation stations.We used the oblique photogrammetry technology to establish 3D model of the detection environment of meteorological observation station,comprehensively perceived the complex scene in a large-scale,high-precision and high-definition way,and intuitively reflected the appearance,position,height and other attributes of obstacles,which could improve the surveying and mapping efficiency and the accuracy of evaluation results.The oblique photogrammetry measurement system composed of stable low altitude aircraft,qualified digital cameras,satellite navigation and positioning and 3D model processing software takes the meteorological observation station as the center,uses Smart3D software to carry out aero-triangulation and 3D modeling,automatically finds the best visual angle image,and according to the national standards related to meteorological detection and environmental protection,identifies and measures the geometric parameters of obstacles in the detection environment area,which can realize automatic auxiliary evaluation.
