摘要
城市运行“一网统管”是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化建设的重大决策部署。针对“一网统管”的空间地理数据资源服务需求,围绕建设“城市治理要素一张图”的目标,设计了空间地理数据中台,从资源门户、数据引擎、服务网关等方面展开研究,重点分析了平台协同应用模式、低代码构建能力、时空数据分析等内容,并结合具体应用场景进行了实践探索,赋能“一网统管”建设。
“One Network Management”of urban operation is a major decision-making deployment to promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.Aiming at the demand of“One Network Management”for spatial geographical data resource services,focusing on the goal of building“One Map of Urban Governance Elements”,we designed a center platform for spatial geographical data,and carried out research from the aspects of resource portal,data engine and service gateway.We analyzed the platform collaborative application mode,low code construction ability and spatio-temporal data analysis,and made practical exploration in combination with specific application scenarios to enable the construction of“One Network Management”.
