摘要
为避免数据录入、绘图和入库阶段的重复性冗余工作、解决图件与数据库逻辑不一致问题,制作了一套编图与入库流程。该流程结合城市更新工作中不动产测绘的核心要求,根据既有资料制作底图,利用房地一体对房屋附属的细化调查和现场量测数据,参考珠三角沿海城市对房屋结构注记的简化并加以扩充,采用ObjectARX技术融合分丘图分层图的表示,从而流程化生产房屋调查图。该流程有效衔接了各项内业工序,保证了一次性输入的图件与数据库均能使用且不会出现逻辑不一致问题,创新地表达了房屋调查测量的图件,并按规则形成了一整套城市更新房屋测绘的内业工作解决方案。在成果数据上,既能满足不动产测绘和权益相关方的核心要求,又能满足城市更新海量数据的管理需要;在项目工作上,提高了工作效率,保证了项目工期,极大满足了项目前期决策和规划的紧急需要。
In order to avoid repetitive and redundant work in the stages of data entry,drawing and warehousing,and solve the inconsistency between drawing and database logic,we made a set of drawing compilation and warehousing process.The process combines the core requirements of real estate surveying and mapping in urban renewal,makes the basic map according to the existing data,uses the detailed investigation and on-site measurement data attached to the house in the integration of real estate and land,referred to the simplification and expansion of notes on the house structure in the coastal cities of the Pearl River Delta,and uses ObjectARX technology to integrate the representation of hierarchical map of cupola,so as to processize product the house survey chart.This process can effectively connect various interior processes,and ensure one-time input,and the maps and database can be used without logical inconsistency.The process creatively expresses the charts of house survey and measurement,and forms a complete set of interior work solutions for urban renewal house surveying and mapping according to the rules.In terms of achievement data,it can not only meet the core requirements of real estate surveying and mapping and equity stakeholders,but also meet the management needs of urban renewal massive data.In the project work,it improves the work efficiency,ensures the project duration,and greatly meets the urgent needs of early decision-making and planning of project.
