摘要
研究0.16+5×0.205+9×0.235CCST新型钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎中的应用。结果表明:以0.16+5×0.205+9×0.235CCST钢丝帘线替代0.17+5×0.215+10×0.235CCST钢丝帘线用于12R22.5 18PR全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体,钢丝帘线的渗胶性能提高,刚度有所下降;成品轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能、高速性能及耐久性能均满足企业标准要求,同时可减小钢丝帘布厚度和质量,降低轮胎的生产成本。
The application of 0.16 + 5×0.205 + 9×0.235CCST new type steel cord in truck and bus radial tire was investigated. The results showed that using 0.16 + 5×0.205 + 9×0.235CCST steel cord to replace 0.17 + 5×0.215 + 10×0.235CCST steel cord in the carcass of 12R22.5 18PR truck and bus radial tire,the compound permeability of the steel cord was improved,and the stiffness was decreased.The peripheral dimension,strength,high-speed performance and endurance of the finished tire met the requirement of enterprise standards. Moreover,the thickness and weight of the steel cord fabric decreased,and the production cost of the tire was reduced.
