摘要
全球范围内,结直肠癌是发病率和死亡率分别高居第三及第二位的恶性肿瘤。谷胱甘肽是生物体内抗氧化系统的重要成分。国内外研究证明谷胱甘肽在结直肠癌组织中水平异常增高,参与了结直肠癌细胞的氧化应激、铁死亡等方面,并具有成为结直肠癌治疗靶点的潜力。本文主要围绕谷胱甘肽在结直肠癌增殖转移及诊疗中的研究作一综述,阐述其在结直肠癌中的研究现状及应用前景。
The morbidity and mortality of colorectal cancer rank second and third in malignancies around the globe, respectively. Glutathione is an important component of the antioxidant system in organisms. Studies in or outside China have shown that glutathione is abnormally increased in colorectal cancer tissues, and is involved in oxidative stress and ferroptosis of colorectal cancer cells, and has the potential to become a therapeutic target of colorectal cancer. In this paper, we have focused mainly on the studies of glutathione in the proliferation, metastasis, diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer, and elaborated its research status and application prospects in colorectal cancer.
