摘要
采用不同浓度的PEG-6000溶液(0、5%、10%、15%、20%和25%)模拟干旱胁迫,研究干旱对食叶草种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:低浓度PEG-6000溶液对部分萌发特性有促进作用;随着PEG-6000浓度的升高,食叶草的种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数均呈下降趋势,胚根、胚芽的长度和鲜重也受到不同程度抑制;当PEG-6000溶液浓度达到25%时,对食叶草种子的萌发、幼苗生长有极显著抑制作用。
Different concentrations of PEG-6000(0, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25%) were used to simulate drought stress to study the effect of drought on seed germination and seedling growth of Rumex hanus. The results showed that low concentration PEG-6000 solution could promote some germination characteristics. With the increase of PEG-6000concentration, the seed germination percentage, germination potential, germination index and vitality index of Rumex hanus showed a downward trend, and the length and fresh weight of radicle and germ were also inhibited to varying degrees. When the concentration of PEG-6000 solution reached 25%, the seed germination and seedling growth of Rumex hanus were significantly inhibited.
