摘要
为了解加味乌梅散水提物的解热、镇痛和抗炎效果。本试验分别采用大鼠干酵母发热模型、小鼠热板法和冰醋酸致痛扭体法以及二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型观察加味乌梅散水提物的解热、镇痛、抗炎作用。结果显示,加味乌梅散水提物高剂量组给药2 h后可明显减轻干酵母所致大鼠发热反应,体温恢复到正常水平;高剂量组和中剂量组显著提高热板痛阈值和抑制醋酸所致扭体反应(P<0.05);各给药组都能显著抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀(P<0.05)。结果表明,加味乌梅散水提物具有解热、镇痛、抗炎的药理作用。
The purpose of this study was to examine the antipyretic,analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of modified plum powder of water extracts.The antipyretic effect of modified plum powder of water extracts was evaluated in rat fever model induced by subcutaneous injection of dry yeast;the analgesic effect of the extract was assessed by using the hot plate method and acetic acid induced pain torsion body methods;and the anti-inflammatory effect of the extract was observed in xylene induced ear swelling in mice.The results showed that in high-dose group,the fever induced by dry yeast could be alleviated and the body temperature returned to normal 2 h after administration.High-dose group and medium-dose group significantly increased the hot plate pain threshold and inhibited the writhing reaction caused by acetic acid(P<0.05).All administration groups could significantly inhibit xylene induced auricle swelling in mice(P<0.05).The results showed that modified plum powder of water extracts had antipyretic,analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
