新型冠状病毒肺炎除呼吸系统表现外,还可有不同程度的肝功能异常,病情严重者甚至会出现肝损伤及肝衰竭。感染新型冠状病毒会加重慢性肝病患者的肝脏损害,使得患者重病率和死亡率明显增加。本文就新型冠状病毒肺炎引起的肝损伤机制以及对慢性肝病患者的影响进行简要综述,旨在为新型冠状病毒肺炎的防治提供理论基础。

In addition to the performance of the respiratory system,COVID-19 can also have different degrees of abnormal liver function,and even liver injury and liver failure may occur in serious cases.In addition,infection with novel coronavirus will aggravate the liver damage of patients with chronic liver disease,resulting in a significant increase in severe morbidity and mortality.Based on this,this paper briefly reviews the mechanism of liver injury caused by COVID-19 and its impact on patients with chronic liver disease,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19.
