摘要
围护结构作为室内外环境的交互界面,是制约建筑能耗水平的关键因素之一。但在围护结构性能提升的同时,会带来增量成本过高的问题,因此在构造方案设计阶段就应平衡功能和成本的关系。基于价值工程理论和方法,建立围护结构节能设计的“功能—成本”评价模型并提出其量化计算方法。在此基础上,以西北寒冷地区乡村住宅为载体进行评价模型的应用分析,针对外墙保温层厚度、屋面保温层厚度、保温材料类型及外窗传热系数的多变量组合,通过MOBO-EnergyPlus自动优化平台优选出价值指数最大的全局最优节能设计参数,确定多工况最优方案的设计参数技术模板,并探讨经济因素对计算结果的影响规律。结果表明:优选出的设计方案能够以相对较低的成本匹配建筑节能效益,该方法可为围护结构节能设计提供新思路。
Building envelope as the interactive interface between indoor and outdoor environments,it’s one of the key factors restricting the building energy consumption.However,it may cause higher incremental cost when the performance of envelope is improved.The relationship between function and cost should be balanced in the design stage.Based on the theory and method of value engineering,the“function-cost”evaluation model of energy-saving design is established for building envelope,and the quantitative calculation method are proposed.On this basis,the application analysis of evaluation model is carried out by taking the rural house in northwest cold regions as an example.Facing the multivariable combination of exterior wall insulation layer thickness,roof insulation layer thickness,insulation material type and heat transfer coefficient of exterior window,the MOBO-EnergyPlus automatic optimization platform is used to screen the globally optimal energy-saving design parameters with the largest value index and determine the design parameter’s technical template of the optimal scheme under multiple working conditions.Also,the influence rule of economic factors on calculation results is discussed.Results show that the optimized design scheme can match the building energy efficiency with relatively low cost.This method can provide new ideas for the energy conservation design of building envelope.
