XRCC4在输卵管高级别浆液性腺癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的:探讨X射线修复交叉互补基因4(XRCC4)在输卵管高级别浆液性腺癌(HGSC)组织中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化法(IHC)检测XRCC4在63例输卵管HGSC、30例输卵管炎症组织、30例正常输卵管组织中的表达,分析XRCC4表达与输卵管HGSC临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果:XRCC4在正常输卵管、输卵管炎症、输卵管HGSC组织中的表达水平逐渐升高。其中XRCC4在输卵管HGSC组织中的表达水平分别高于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。XRCC4在输卵管炎症组织中的表达水平高于正常输卵管组织,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006)。XRCC4在输卵管HGSC的表达水平与患者有无淋巴结转移、腹水量、术后是否发生静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)有关(P<0.05)。生存分析示,XRCC4高表达有降低输卵管HGSC患者无进展生存期的趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:XRCC4在输卵管HGSC组织中的表达水平升高,XRCC4可能与输卵管HGSC的发生、发展、转移有一定的关系。 Objective:To investigate the expression of X-ray repair cross-complementing 4(XRCC4)gene in fallopian tube high-grade serous adenocarcinoma(HGSC)and its clinical significance.Methods:The immunohistochemical Envision method was performed to evaluate XRCC4 expression in 30 cases of normal fallopian tube, 30 cases of fallopian tube inflammation and 63 cases of fallopian tube HGSC.The relationship between XRCC4 expression and clinicopathological features and prognosis of tubal HGSC was analyzed.Results:The expression level of XRCC4 in normal fallopian tube tissue, fallopian tube inflammation tissue and fallopian tube HGSC tissue gradually increased.Expression of XRCC4 in fallopian tube HGSC group was significantly higher than expression in normal and inflammatory fallopian tube with significant difference(P<0.001,P<0.001).Expression of XRCC4 in tubal inflammation group was higher than expression in normal fallopian tube with significant difference(P=0.006).The expression of XRCC4 in fallopian tube HGSC was associated with the metastasis of lymph node, ascites volume and postoperative venous thromboembolism(P<0.05).Survival analysis indicated that high expression of XRCC4 protein had a tendency to reduce PFS of fallopian tube HGSC patients, but the difference did not reach statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:The expression of XRCC4 was significantly increased in fallopian tube HGSC.XRCC4 may be related to the occurrence, development and metastasis of fallopian tube HGSC.
