The Achievements, Experience and Prospects of China’s Intelligent Manufacturing Development Since the New Era

智能制造是新一轮科技革命的核心技术范式,是强化数实融合、建设制造强国的主攻方向。新时代十年以来,我国紧抓新一轮科技革命和产业变革的重大历史机遇,从中央到地方围绕智能制造发展进行了一系列的战略部署和制度设计。我国智能制造经历了酝酿起步、全面部署、提速推进的蓬勃发展历程,并在技术基础、企业主体、产业结构各个层面均取得了重大成就。党的二十大进一步强调了智能制造在新征程的历史使命和发展方向。本文在全面总结党的十八大以来我国智能制造发展历程、重大成就和理论经验的基础上,以党的二十大精神为指引,结合经济高质量发展要求和当前实践,对我国未来智能制造的发展方向进行展望。

Intelligent manufacturing is the core technology paradigm of the new round of technological revolution, an im.portant direction to strengthen digital-real integration, and also a main direction to raise the country’s manufacturing power. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC), China has seized the important histori.cal opportunities of the technological revolution and industrial transformation. A series of strategic blueprint and institu.tional building are carried out around intelligent manufacturing from central to local. It has experienced the stage of ex.ploring transformation, overall development and accelerated propulsion. It has made remarkable achievements in technol.ogy, enterprise development and industrial structure. The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China fur.ther emphasizes the historical mission and development direction of intelligent manufacturing on the new journey. This paper comprehensively summarizes the process, immense achievements and theoretical experience of intelligent manu.facturing since the 18th CPC National Congress. Under the guidance of the Report of the 20th CPC National Congress,We put forward an outlook into future development of intelligent manufacturing in combination with the requirements of high-quality development and the current practice.
