摘要
目的 通过分析镇江市2020年健康教育机构的人力资源特征,为有针对性地完善健康教育体系建设提供依据。方法 以江苏省健康教育工作体系信息化管理平台的健康教育所人力资源调查表为数据来源,对健康教育机构的人力资源情况进行统计分析。结果 99名调查人员中,男女性别比为1∶2.09。平均年龄为(39.49±9.47)岁,25~<45岁人群占67.6%。学历以中专为主,占50.5%。专业以护理学为主,占38.4%。初级、中级职称分别占33.3%、29.3%。从事健康教育工作年限以<10年为主,占66.6%。健康教育人员与服务人群的比例为36.6/100万。结论 镇江市健康教育机构服务人员数量难以满足当地服务人群的需要。应进一步优化健康教育队伍的专业结构、文化程度和职称结构,根据发展需要继续引进高学历的健康教育相关专业人才。
ObjectiveTo analyze characteristics of human resources on health education institutions in Zhenjiang City in2020 as to provide reference for the perfect of education system construction.MethodsThe health education institute human resources questionnaire in Jiangsu Provincial health education work system information management platform was used to analyze the human resources of health education institutions.ResultsAmong 99 investigators, the male to female ratio was 1∶2.09, the average age was(39.49±9.47) years old, and the 25~<45 years old group accounted for 67.6%. The proportion of technical secondary school education was 50.5%. Nurse major students accounted for the largest proportion,which was 38.4%. In terms of professional titles, junior and intermediate titles accounted for 33.3% and 29.3% respectively.66.6% people worked in health education was mainly <10 years. The ratio of health education personnel to service groups was 36.6/1 000 000.ConclusionThe number of personnel in health education institutions in Zhenjiang City is difficult to meet the needs of the local service population. It is necessary to further optimize professional structure, educational level and professional title structure, and introduce the related professionals for health education.
