绍兴市糖尿病患者自我效能、健康知识知晓现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of the status quo of self-efficacy and health knowledge cognition among diabetic patients in Shaoxing City and the influencing factors

目的 探究绍兴市糖尿病患者自我效能、健康知识知晓率情况,并分析其影响因素。方法 选取2021年1—12月绍兴市中心医院医共体齐贤分院确诊为糖尿病的300例患者作为研究对象,对患者的自我效能进行评分,同时采用多因素分析影响健康知识知晓现状的因素。结果 研究对象自我效能总评分为(83.65±7.64)分;健康知识知晓率合格122例,不合格178例;自我效能与知晓率是否合格呈正相关(r=0.549,P<0.05)。根据知晓率合格情况分为合格组和不合格组,两组患者性别、文化程度、居住地及家庭人均月收入所占比例相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);logistics回归分析结果得出,男性、文化程度低、居住在农村及家庭人均月收入≤3 000元是知晓率不合格的主要影响因素。结论 该地区健康知识知晓率较低,应拓宽宣传途径,加大对农村地区糖尿病患者健康知识的宣传力度,从而提高其自我效能,以改善其症状。

ObjectiveTo explore the status quo of self-efficacy and cognition rate of health knowledge among diabetic patients in Shaoxing City, and analyze the influencing factors.Methods300 patients diagnosed with diabetes in Qixian Branch of Shaoxing Central Hospital Medical Community were selected as the research objects from January to December, 2021, the self-efficacy of patients was scored, and the current status of patients’ health knowledge was recorded, and the influencing factors of the status of health knowledge were analyzed by multi-factor analysis.Results The total self-efficacy total score of the subjects was(83.65±7.64);122 cases of health knowledge awareness rate were qualified, and 178 cases were unqualified;self-efficacy and awareness rate were positively correlated(r=0.549, P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of gender, education level, place of residence and average monthly household income(P<0.05). Logistics regression analysis results show that male, low education, living in rural areas and monthly income ≤3 000 yuan were the main influencing factors of the unqualified knowledge cognition rate.ConclusionThe cognition rate of health knowledge in this area is relatively low. Therefore, it is necessary to expand publicity channels and strengthen knowledge publicity in rural areas. It can improve patient self-efficacy to improve patients’ diabetes symptoms.
