2019年甘南藏族自治州居民呼吸系统疾病死亡及潜在减寿分析

Analysis of death and potential life lost of respiratory system diseases among residents of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in 2019

目的 了解甘肃省甘南藏族自治州(以下简称甘南州)居民呼吸系统疾病死亡及潜在减寿特征。方法 收集2019年甘南州居民编码为J00-J99的疾病死亡资料,对粗死亡率、标化死亡率、潜在减寿率(PYLLR)、标准化减寿率(SPYLLR)、平均减寿年数(AYLL)等指标进行综合分析。结果 甘南州居民呼吸系统疾病粗死亡率为138.31/10万,其中慢性下呼吸道疾病粗死亡率最高,为126.55/10万;甘南州居民呼吸系统疾病粗死亡率2月最高,为15.68/10万;粗死亡率随年龄的增加而升高(χ^(2)_(趋势)=95.728,P=0.000),从≥45岁组开始快速上升。慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是呼吸道疾病的主要死亡原因,死亡率为110.87/10万。潜在减寿年数(PYLL)最高的是COPD,为652.00人年。结论 甘南州居民呼吸系统疾病的负担较重,COPD是主要的死亡原因,死亡率随年龄的增加不断上升,应重点关注婴幼儿及老年人的呼吸系统疾病,从而降低呼吸系统疾病负担。

ObjectiveTo investigate mortality and potential life lost of respiratory system diseases in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture(Gannan Prefecture).MethodsThe death data coded as J00-J99 were collected in Gannan Prefecture in 2019. Crude mortality rate, standardized mortality rate, potential years of life lost rate(PYLLR),standardized potential years of life lost rate(SPYLLR), and average years of life lost(AYLL), etc. indicators were comprehensively analyzed.ResultsCrude mortality of respiratory system diseases was 138.31/105. The crude mortality of lower respiratory diseases was the highest, which was 126.55/105. The crude mortality of respiratory system diseases was the highest in February, which was 15.68/105. The crude mortality rates actually increased with age (χ^(2)_(trend)=95.728,P=0.000), and rapid rise from the age of ≥45. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) was the leading cause of death in respiratory diseases, the mortality rate was 110.87/105, the PYLL was 652.00 years.ConclusionThe burden of disease caused by COPD is relatively heavy for residents of Gannan Prefecture. COPD is the leading cause of death of chronic lower respiratory diseases, and death rate increases with the age. It is necessary to pay attention to the disease of respiratory system of infants and the elderly, to reduce the burden of respiratory system disease.
