摘要
目的 探究宁波市海曙区脑卒中高危人群颈动脉狭窄发生率,为制定预防干预措施提供依据。方法 选取2020年1月—2021年12月海曙区943例参加健康体检的脑卒中高危患者作为研究对象,观察其颈动脉狭窄发生率,采用logistic回归分析脑卒中高危人群颈动脉狭窄的高危影响因素。结果 943例患者中,非颈动脉狭窄608例,占64.48%;颈动脉狭窄335例,占35.52%。颈动脉狭窄患者中,轻度狭窄124例,占13.15%;中度狭窄107例,占11.35%;重度狭窄104例,占11.02%;未见完全闭塞病例。经logistic多因素回归分析,结果表明,年龄50岁以上、身体质量指数(BMI)(≥25 kg/m~2)、高血压、吸烟、糖尿病是诱发脑卒中高危人群颈动脉狭窄的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 海曙区脑卒中高危人群中的颈动脉狭窄发生率较高,应针对高危因素积极采取预防干预措施。
ObjectiveTo explore the incidence of carotid artery stenosis in the high-risk population of stroke in Haishu District, Ningbo City, and provide reference for preventive intervention measures.MethodsA total of 943 high-risk stroke patients who participated in health checkups in Haishu District from January, 2020 to December, 2021 were selected to observe the incidence of carotid artery stenosis. The high-risk factors affecting carotid artery stenosis in high-risk populations of stroke were analyzed by logistic regression.ResultsAmong 943 patients, 608 had non-carotid artery stenosis, accounting for 64.48%. 335 had carotid artery stenosis,accounting for 35.52%. Among 335 cases,124 had mild stenosis, accounting for 13.15%. 107 had moderate stenosis, accounting for 11.35%. 104 cases had severe stenosis, accounting for 11.02%. No case was of complete occlusion. Multivariate logistic analysis showed that age over 50 years old, BMI index(≥25 kg/m~2), hypertension, smoking and diabetes were risk factors of carotid artery stenosis in high-risk population of stroke(P<0.05).ConclusionThe incidence of carotid artery stenosis is relatively high in the high-risk population of stroke in Haishu District. It is suggested to adopt prevention measures for the high risk factors.
