摘要
以脱壳与带壳牡丹籽为材料,分别采用液压压榨、亚临界流体萃取、CO_(2)超临界流体萃取、螺旋压榨、正己烷萃取5种不同提取工艺制备牡丹籽油,测定其多酚、总黄酮含量及抗氧化活性,并进行相关性分析及主成分分析。结果表明:10种牡丹籽油中多酚、总黄酮含量及其抗氧化活性存在差异,牡丹籽油中多酚、总黄酮含量与其DPPH、ABTS自由基清除率的EC_(50)均存在显著负相关性;主成分分析能有效区分不同提取工艺制备的牡丹籽油品质,即亚临界流体萃取、CO_(2)超临界流体萃取>正己烷萃取>液压压榨、螺旋压榨。因此,牡丹籽油中多酚、总黄酮的含量可作为评价其抗氧化能力的指标性成分。
Using shelled and hulled peony seeds as materials,peony seed oils were prepared by hydraulic pressing,subcritical fluid extraction,CO_(2)supercritical fluid extraction,screw pressing and n-hexane extraction,respectively.The contents of polyphenols and total flavonoids and antioxidant activities of peony seed oil were determined,and correlation analysis and principal component analysis were performed.The results showed that there were differences in the contents of polyphenols and total flavonoids and their antioxidant activities in 10 kinds of peony seed oil.The contents of polyphenols and total flavonoids in peony seed oil were negatively correlated with the EC_(50)of DPPH and ABTS free radical scavenging rates.Principal component analysis could effectively distinguish the quality of peony seed oils,namely subcritical fluid extraction,CO_(2)supercritical fluid extraction>n-hexane extraction>hydraulic pressing and screw pressing.Therefore,the contents of polyphenols and total flavonoids in peony seed oil could be used as the index components to evaluate the antioxidant capacity of peony seed oil.
