LSM-YSZ陶瓷透氧膜材料在含磷气氛中的纯氧分离性能及稳定性研究

摘要 目的:研究La_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)MnO_(3)-Y_(0.16)Zr_(0.84)O_(2)(LSM-YSZ)陶瓷透氧膜材料在含磷气氛中的纯氧分离效果,评估其在污染环境下长期制氧的可行性。方法:分别在无磷气氛(洁净空气)、浓度为2 mg/L和4 mg/L的含磷气氛中对LSM-YSZ陶瓷透氧膜材料的纯氧分离性能及其制氧稳定性进行实验研究,并将在含磷气氛中处理12 h的LSM和YSZ粉体进行X射线衍射表征,对含磷气氛纯氧分离试验后的LSM-YSZ陶瓷透氧膜材料进行扫描电镜表征以及元素空间分析,分析含磷气氛对LSM-YSZ陶瓷透氧膜材料的毒化机理。结果:在无磷气氛中LSM-YSZ陶瓷透氧膜材料能够在较长时间内保持高效的纯氧分离能力,但含磷气氛会对LSM-YSZ陶瓷透氧膜材料的纯氧分离性能及制氧稳定性造成较大的影响,使其逐渐失去制氧能力。毒化机理分析结果表明,含磷气体及其降解产物在LSM-YSZ陶瓷透氧膜材料表面沉积,阻碍了氧气的通过,增加了LSM-YSZ陶瓷透氧膜材料表面的电阻。结论:LSM-YSZ陶瓷透氧膜材料具有较好的纯氧分离效果和一定的抗磷中毒能力,能够满足在野外环境下长期稳定制氧的需求。 Objective To study the effect of La_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)MnO_(3)-Y_(0.16)Zr_(0.84)O_(2)(LSM-YSZ)segmented oxygen permeable ceramic membrane material on the separation of pure oxygen in phosphorus gas and to evaluate its feasibility for long-term oxygen production in a polluted environment.Methods The pure oxygen separation capacity and stability of LSM-YSZ segmented oxygen permeable ceramic membrane material were investigated in phosphorus-free gas(clean air),phosphorus-containing gas at a concentration of 2 mg/L and 4 mg/L,respectively.The LSM and YSZ powders treated in phosphorus gas for 12 h were characterized by X-ray diffraction,and the LSM-YSZ membrane material after the pure oxygen separation test in phosphorus gas underwent scanning electron microscopy characterization and elemental spatial analysis to explore the toxicological mechanism of phosphorus gas on LSM-YSZ membrane material.Results In phosphorus-free gas LSM-YSZ membrane material could maintain efficient oxygen separation capacity for a long period,and phosphorus gas had a great impact on the pure oxygen separation performance and oxygen production stability of LSM-YSZ membrane material,making it gradually lose its oxygen production capacity.The results of toxicological mechanism analysis showed that the phosphorus gas and its degradation products were deposited on the surface of LSM-YSZ membrane material,which blocked the passage of oxygen and increased the surface resistance of the LSM-YSZ membrane material.Conclusion LSM-YSZ membrane material has high oxygen separation performances and acceptable anti-phosphorus poisoning ability,and thus can be used for long-term stable oxygen production in field conditions.
