The working principle and characteristics of optical fiber sensors were introduced. The current application status of optical fiber sensors in cancer therapy, medical imaging, human body pressure monitoring and other fields were reviewed,and the shortcomings and development prospects of optical fiber sensors applied in intelligent healthcare were analyzed. It’s pointed out that optical fiber sensors would promote the further development of intelligent healthcare with the progress of the technologies and preparation process.
