新井投产效率决定了新井投产的进度快慢,提高新井投产效率能较快地将理论储量转化为现有产量。通过调研国内外天然气开发中和现场实际中可能影响新井投产的因素,依托现场调查分析、资料查阅等方法,探讨优化新井投产效率的措施,提出管理施工队伍、管理配置设备、协调材料使用、落实施工工作量等4项优化措施,以及时促成新井投产创效。

The efficiency of production kickoff in new wells influences the schedule of their production.Improving the efficiency of new wells put into production can quickly convert theoretical reserves into actual production.Through the research on gas development at home and abroad and the actual factors which may affect the production kickoff of new wells,based on field investigation and data access methods,this study explores the optimization measures for new wells put into production effectively,such as team management,equipment configuration management,coordination of material use and implementation of workload,so that the new wells would be put into production in a timely and efficient way.
