Comprehensive recycling and utilization of nitrogen-rich tail gas of LNG plant

富氮尾气是LNG储罐产生的闪蒸气(BOG)经再液化后分离的气体,其主要成分是氮气,其中甲烷占22%左右。富氮尾气可用作加热炉燃料气补充气。涪陵LNG工厂通过对富氮尾气回收工艺改进,将富氮尾气充分回收利用,即减少环境污染又节约大量的燃料气,从而达到节能降耗的良好社会和经济效益。

Nitrogen-rich tail gas is the gas separated from the Boil-Off Gas(BOG)produced by the LNG storage tank after reliquefaction.Its major component is nitrogen,of which methane accounts for about 22%.Nitrogen-rich tail gas can be used as the fuel gas supplement for the heating furnace.Through the improvement of nitrogen-rich tail gas recycling process,Fuling LNG plant can fully recycle nitrogen-rich tail gas,which can reduce environmental pollution and save a great deal of fuel gas,so as to achieve good social and economic benefits of energy saving and consumption reduction.
