摘要
全国职业院校技能大赛教学能力比赛遵循“以赛促教、以赛促研,以赛促建、以赛促改”的总体思路,以比赛形式推动课程教学改革,为职业院校教学实践提供了很好的指导。在对职业院校教师教学能力现状深入分析的基础上,结合参赛相关文案,通过优化课程教学目标、重整教学内容、重构教学方法、重设教学评价等,以期对职业院校相关专业课提供思路和方法的借鉴。
The National Vocational College Skills Competition Teaching Ability Competition follows the general idea of"promoting teaching with competition,promoting research with competition,promoting construction with competition,and promoting reform with competition",promotes curriculum teaching reform in the form of competition,and provides good guidance for the teaching practice of vocational colleges.Based on the in-depth analysis of the current situation of teachers teaching ability in vocational colleges,combined with the relevant texts of the competition,this paper optimizes the teaching objectives of the course,reorganizes the teaching content,reconstructs the teaching methods,and resets the teaching evaluation,so as to provide reference for the relevant professional courses of vocational colleges.
