摘要
研究了TC6钛合金轧棒等温退火过程中,不同冷却方式对棒材显微组织及力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:采用随炉方式退火后,棒材为等轴α+晶间β组织;转炉方式退火后,棒材为等轴α+β转变组织;随炉退火棒材拉伸强度低于转炉退火棒材,但塑性较高。
The isothermal annealing process of TC6 titanium alloy rolling rod was studied,which the effects of different cooling manners were obvious on microstructure and mecha-nical properties.The microstructure of TC6 bar that used furnace cooling consisted of e-quiaxedαand intergranularβ.The microstructure of turn furnace cooling’s TC6 bar were equiaxedαand structure ofβtransformation,and the tensile properties were better.
