低钠微晶氧化铝粉体的制备工艺研究

摘要 本文分别以工业氢氧化铝微粉为原料,采用预烧、酸洗脱钠和煅烧后水洗处理的方式,制备得到低钠微晶氧化铝粉体,并研究了粉体的烧结性能。结果表明,采用预烧、酸洗脱钠和煅烧后水洗处理的方式能够制得低钠微晶氧化铝粉体,并且具有较高的烧结活性。 In this paper,using industrial aluminum hydroxide micro powder as raw material,pre-sintering,pickling sodium removal and water washing after calcination were adopted,then low sodium microcrystalline alumina powder were prepared,and the sintering properties of the powder after grinding were studied.The results show that the low sodium microcrystalline alumina powder can be prepared by pre-sintering,pickling sodium removal and water washing after calcination.And the powder have high sintering activity.
