电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定铜冶炼副产品粗二氧化碲中杂质元素含量

摘要 采用盐酸硝酸混合酸分析样品,优化仪器测定参数,选取最佳工作条件,建立电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定粗二氧化碲中Cu、Ag、Bi、Se、Pb、Sb和As的分析方法,其测定分别为0.013%~4.69%、0.011%~0.45%、0.012%~5.35%、0.010%~4.78%、0.011%~4.89%、0.012%~5.18%、0.011%~5.11%。各元素检出限为0.0027mg/L、0.0045mg/L、0.0131mg/L、0.0528mg/L、0.0097mg/L、0.0217mg/L、0.0329mg/L。加标回收率为95.8%~109.4%。方法简便、准确、可靠,适用于粗二氧化碲中Cu、Ag、Bi、Se、Pb、Sb和As同时测定。 A method for the determination of copper,silver,bismuth,selenium,lead,stibium and arsenic in crude tellurium dioxide samples by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)was established.The samples were digested with mixtures of hydrochloric acid,nitric acid.The result showed that the measurement ranges for Cu,Ag,Bi,Se,Pb,Sb and As were 0.013%~4.69%,0.011%~0.45%,0.012%~5.35%,0.010%~4.78%,0.011%~4.89%,0.012%~5.18%and 0.011%~5.11%respectively.The detection limit of the above-mentioned seven elements were 0.0027 mg/L,0.0045 mg/L,0.0131 mg/L,0.0528mg/L,0.0097mg/L,0.0217mg/L and 0.0329mg/L.And the recoveries were 95.8%~109.4%.This method sample,precise and reliable,so that it can be used in the determination of Cu,Ag,Bi,Se,Pb,Sb and As in crude tellurium dioxide samples.
