摘要
在铜曼采场爆破实践中,爆破中水孔占比长年达30%,水孔区域爆破效果不理想。现将爆破中突出的水孔填塞料问题做为研究对象,实践中发现采用不同粒径岩屑对爆破水孔填塞后,其产生的爆破效果是不同的。通过对比及分析找到了适合于铜曼采场矿山水孔爆破的最佳粒径填塞料。同类矿山可利用类似方法,找到适合各自矿山的最佳填塞方案,以提高爆破质量,降低矿山企业生产成本。
In the blasting practice of Tongman stope,the proportion of water hole is up to 30%,and the blasting effect in water hole area is not ideal.The problem of water hole packing in blasting is studied in this paper.In practice,it is found that the blasting effect is different when different size rock debris is used to fill water hole.Through comparison and analysis,the best grain size packing material suitable for water hole blasting in Tongman stope was found.Similar mines can use similar methods to find the best packing scheme suitable for their own mines,so as to improve the blasting quality and reduce the production cost of mining enterprises.
