不同品种与不同嫁接方法对元宝枫成活率的影响

Effects of Different Varieties and Different Grafting Methods on the Survival rate of Acer truncatum

为了研究元宝枫无性系嫁接繁育的最佳方法,在沂源和菏泽两地进行了相同品种不同嫁接方法与不同品种相同嫁接方法的嫁接试验,选择不同年龄砧木,采用芽接、双舌接、插皮接3种嫁接方法方法,筛选出最优嫁接方法,随后确定该方法对不同品种的元宝枫嫁接成活率的影响。结果表明:(1)无论是5~8年生大树还是1~2年小树为砧木嫁接,插皮接成活率都远高于芽接和双舌接,成活率分别达到91.56%和82.67%。(2)不同优树品种之间嫁接成活率存在较大差异,最高成活率为86.67%,最低成活率为36.67%。元宝枫春季嫁接插皮法繁育苗木成活率最高,可推广应用。

In order to study the best method of grafting and breeding of asexual lines of Yuanbaofeng,the grafting tests of the same grafting method of different varieties and the same varieties of different grafting methods were carried out in Yiyuan and Heze,and the budding,double tongue and skin joints were screened to select the most suitable grafting methods for spring grafting of Yuanbaofeng.The results showed that:(1)Whether it is a large tree or a small tree grafting,the survival rate of the cuttings is much higher than that of the bud joint and the double tongue connection,and the survival rate reaches 81.78%and 82.67%respectively.(2)There are large differences in the survival rate of grafting between different excellent tree varieties,with the highest survival rate being 86.67%and the lowest survival rate being 36.67%.Yuanbao maple spring grafting and cutting method to breed seedlings has the highest survival rate and can be promoted and applied.
