欧洲小叶椴‘绿塔’嫁接繁殖技术研究

Study on Grafting Propagation Technology of Tilia amurensis‘Green tower’

为了提高欧洲小叶椴‘绿塔’嫁接成活率、成苗率,降低生产成本,研究了同一时间不同砧木及同一砧木在不同时间对欧洲小叶椴‘绿塔’嫁接成活率和生长量的影响。结果表明,以紫椴、欧洲小叶椴做砧木嫁接的欧洲小叶椴‘绿塔’分别是94%、95.33%,且生长量差异不显著,有很好的一致性;春季最佳嫁接时间是3月20日—3月30日,秋季最佳嫁接时间是9月10日—9月30日;相同标准的砧木苗,前一年秋季嫁接比当年春季嫁接的成活率和生长量都相对较高。以紫椴、欧洲小叶椴做砧木嫁接的欧洲小叶椴‘绿塔’成活率最好,考虑苗木来源和成本,紫椴是大量生产最适合的砧木,秋季嫁接相对春季嫁接效果更好。

To improve the grafting survival rate and seedling establishment of Tilia cordata‘Green Tower’and to reduce the production cost.The effects of different rootstocks at the same time and the same rootstock at different times on the grafting survival rate and growth of Tilia cordata‘Green Tower’were studied.[Results]The survival rates of Tilia cordata‘Green Tower’grafted on rootstocks of Tilia amurensis and Tilia cordata were 94%and 95.33%,respectively,and the differences in growth biomass were not significant.The best time for grafting in spring is March 20-March 30 and in autumn is September 10-September 30;For the rootstock seedlings of the same standard,the survival rate and growth of rootstock seedlings grafted in autumn of the previous year were relatively higher than those grafted in spring of the current year.The survival rate of Tilia cordata‘Green Tower’grafted with Tilia amurensis and Tilia cordata as rootstock is the best.Considering the source and cost of seedlings,Tilia amurensis is the most suitable rootstock for mass production.As for the grafting time,grafting in autumn is better time than grafting in spring.
