摘要
除了再灌注治疗,急性缺血性卒中(AIS)仍缺少足够有效的治疗方法。经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)能够调节脑部神经及血管等组织结构的生理功能,成为AIS后神经功能恢复的潜在治疗手段。近年来的一些文献初步探讨了tDCS在AIS中应用的可行性及有效性,本研究对相关基础及临床研究进行了综述,旨在为tDCS在AIS中的合理应用提供有价值的信息。
Except the reperfusion treatment, there still lacks effective treatments for acute ischemic stroke(AIS). Transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS) has emerged as a potential treatment for neurological recovery after AIS because of its ability to modulate the neurovascular physiological functions of the brain. Some recent literatures have initially explored the feasibility and effectiveness of tDCS for AIS. This paper reviews the relevant animal and clinical studies, aiming to provide valuable information for the rational application of tDCS in AIS.
