摘要
缺血性卒中具有高发病率、高复发率、高致残率和病死率的特点。缺血半暗带组织是缺血性卒中患者再通治疗后临床获益的关键。减少缺血半暗带组织神经细胞的凋亡,可能改善缺血性卒中的预后。磷脂酰丝氨酸作为介导细胞凋亡最重要的“eat me”信号,或可成为神经保护的新靶点,为卒中后神经保护提供新思路。作者对磷脂酰丝氨酸对缺血性卒中的神经保护作用的研究进展进行综述。
Ischemic stroke is characterized by high morbidity, high recurrence, high disability and mortality. The existence of ischemic penumbra is the key to better clinic outcomes after recanalization in patients with ischemic stroke. Reducing neurons′ apoptosis in the ischemic penumbra is important for improving the prognosis of ischemic stroke. Phosphatidylserine, as the well-known “eat me” signal mediating apoptosis, may become a new target for neuroprotection. This new target will provide new insight for neuroprotection after stroke. The article reviewed the research progress of the neuroprotective effect by reducing phosphatidylserine after ischemic stroke.
