ADC发泡剂生产中缩合反应配比、收率与经济性的探讨

摘要 为提高经济效益,考虑水合肼和尿素的价格差,在原生产条件不变的情况下,研究了提高尿素与水合肼配比对联二脲收率的影响。尿素与水合肼摩尔比为2.55:1时,联二脲收率达到最高,为98.5%~98.9%。经生产装置实际运行测试,结果与实验室数据基本吻合。 In order to increase economic benefits,the effect of increasing the ratio of urea to hydrazine hydrate on the yield of biurea was studied according to the price difference between hydrazine hydrate and urea under the original production conditions.When the molar ratio of urea to hydrazine hydrate was 2.55:1,the yield of biurea was as high as 98.5%-98.9%.The actual running test results of the production device were basically consistent with the laboratory data.
