对一个每年装车发货百万吨碱液的发货工段进行了改造:将静态容积法定量装车发货改为动态质量法定量装车发货;没有采用科里奥利质量流量计,而是采用相对廉价的智能电磁流量计,经频率信号传送以及数字量计算得到质量,并配以温度补偿,也能得到优于±0.1%的装车精度;采用二级组网,将风险尽可能分散,上位机实时监控并记录每个车位每次装车发货的全过程,使装车和发货过程透明化,从根本上杜绝作弊。完善的逻辑设计和可靠性设计,使系统能长周期、安全、可靠、精准、高效运行,运行5年未发生过故障和事故。

A delivery section for loading and delivering millions of tons of caustic soda solution every year was transformed.The static volume method for quantitative loading and shipment was changed to the dynamic mass method.Instead of using Coriolis mass flowmeters,relatively cheap intelligent electromag-netic flowmeters were used.The mass was obtained through frequency signal transmission and digital quantity calculation,and was corrected by temperature compensation,so the loading accuracy was better than±0.1%.The two-level networking was adopted to disperse the risks as much as possible.The upper computer monitored and recorded the whole process of each loading and shipping of each parking space in real time,making the loading and shipping process transparent and fundamentally eliminating cheating.The perfect logic design and reliability design enabled the system to operate in a long period,safely,reliably,accurately and efficiently without any fault or accident for 5 years.
