摘要
脑电图能够监测大脑皮层神经元活动,在临床和科研工作中应用广泛,对原始脑电图的解读需要经过专业培训。基于处理后脑电图开发的麻醉深度监测仪的使用,有利于术中维持合适的麻醉深度,加速患者苏醒,减少术后并发症的发生等。本文主要对麻醉深度监测仪的基本原理、监测方法,及其在心脏外科手术中的应用现状、优势和不足进行综述,为麻醉深度监测仪在临床上的应用和相关参数的解读提供参考。
Electroencephalography(EEG) can monitor the activity of neurons in the cerebral cortex and is widely used in clinical and scientific research, and the interpretation of raw EEG requires professional training. The application of anesthesia depth monitors based on the processed EEG is beneficial to maintaining an appropriate depth of anesthesia, accelerating the recovery of patients, and reducing the occurrence of postoperative complications. This article mainly reviews the basic principles and monitoring methods of anesthesia depth monitors, as well as its application status, advantages and disadvantages in cardiac surgery. It provides a reference for the clinical application of anesthesia depth monitors and the interpretation of related parameters.
