中医治疗血管性痴呆的文献计量与可视化分析

Bibliometrics and Visualization Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Vascular Dementia

目的:通过文献计量及可视化分析探讨中医治疗血管性痴呆的研究热点和趋势。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方、维普数据库收录的建库至2020年12月31日的中医治疗血管性痴呆研究相关文献,采用Excel 2019与CiteSpace 5.8.R2进行文献计量学与可视化分析。结果:经筛选最终纳入2680篇有效文献。分析文献显示,近些年本领域发文量及基金资助文献数量一直处于较高水平,发文量最多的作者为赖新生,发表文献最多的研究机构为安徽中医药大学,《中西医结合心脑血管病杂志》《辽宁中医杂志》《针灸临床杂志》等为本领域发文较多的主要核心期刊,“痴呆”“针刺”和“血管性”是突显强度最高的3个关键词。关键词聚类中涉及范围较广的3个聚类为血管性、治疗组、综述。时线图分析显示,近5年本领域研究主要集中在不同中医干预方式的机制探索方面。研究类型及干预类型分析显示,本领域研究以临床研究为主,临床研究涉及的干预方式多样,以中药和针刺为主。结论:当前本领域以中药、针刺、艾灸等中医干预方式的疗效及机制研究为主要热点研究方向,研究内容广泛,研究机构众多,发文量较高,基金投入逐年增加,具有良好的发展前景。

Objective:To explore the research hotspots and trends in the field of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of vascular dementia through bibliometrics and visual analysis.Methods:The literatures related to the treatment of vascular dementia of traditional Chinese medicine from CNKI,WanFang,and VIP databases from the establishment of the database to December 31,2020 were searched,Excel 2019 and CiteSpace 5.8.R2 were used for bibliometrics and visual analysis.Results:Two thousand six hundred and eighty valid literatures were selected.The results showed that the number of articles published and funded literature in this field showed at a high level in recent years,the author with the great number of articles was Lai Xinsheng,and the research institution with the most published literature was Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine on Cardio-/Cerebrovascuiar Disease,Liaoning Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and Journal of Clinical Acupuncture and moxibustion were the main core journals in this field."dementia","acupuncture",and"vascular"were the three key words with the highest intensity of prominence.The three clusters involved in clustering were vascularity,treatment group,and review.Time line analysis showed that in recent 5 years,the research in this field was mainly focused on the exploration of the mechanism of different traditional Chinese medicine intervention methods.The analysis of research type and intervention type showed that the research in this field was mainly on clinical research,and the clinical research involved a variety of intervention methods,but mainly traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture.Conclusion:At present,the efficacy and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine intervention methods such as traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture,and moxibustion are the main hot research direction in the field,with extensive research contents,numerous research institutions,high volume of papers,and fund investment increasing year by year.It shows a good development prospect.
