摘要
针对目前研究的电能计量资产自动化仓储系统存在平均作业频率较低,综合配置效率难以达到用户要求的问题,设计了基于NB-IoT技术的电能计量资产自动化仓储系统。系统硬件主要由电能计量电路模块、处理模块、控制模块、NB-IoT通信模块组成。电能计量模块的计量芯片为ADE2849B,处理模块的核心设备为AT76DB846,控制模块的MCU为MSP810F66,NB-IoT通信模块的核心为SARA-N2。通过系统初始化、控制电能计量程序中芯片、设计NB-IoT通信基站监测的电能参数数据,完成系统软件设计,实现电能计量资产自动化仓储。实验结果表明,基于NB-IoT技术的电能计量资产自动化仓储系统能够有效提高平均作业频率,从而保证综合配置效率满足用户要求。
Aiming at the problems of low average operation frequency and difficult to meet the requir-ements of users in the current research of automatic storage system of electric energy measurement assets,an automatic storage system of electric energy metering assets based on NB-IoT technology is designed. The system hardware is mainly composed of electric energy metering circuit module,processing module,control module and NB-IoT communication module. The metering chip of the electric energy metering module is ADE2849B,the core equipment of the processing module is AT76DB846,the MCU of the control module is MSP810F66,and the core of the NB-IoT communication module is SARAN2. Through system initialization,controlling the chip in the electric energy measurement program,designing the electric energy parameter data monitored by NB-IoT communication base station,completing the system software design and realizing the automatic storage of electric energy measurement assets. The experimental results show that the automatic storage system of electric energy metering assets based on NB-IoT technology can effectively improve the average operation frequency,so as to ensure the comprehensive configuration efficiency and meet the requirements of users.
