北京鼎石国际学校礼堂不锈钢金属屋面防水设计与施工

摘要 北京鼎石国际学校礼堂不锈钢金属屋面由多个不同坡度的多边形平面构成,空间角从10°~84°不等。因不同角度的受雨面水的流动性不同,特别是小角度的受雨面水流动性较差,积水、漏水的风险较大,所以对屋面的防水性要求极高。本文通过对北京鼎石国际学校礼堂不锈钢金属屋面设计和施工过程中的渗漏水风险分析,提出了不锈钢金属屋面防水性能的保证措施。 The stainless steel metal roof of the auditorium of Beijing Keystone International School is composed of several polygonal planes with different slopes, and the space angle varies from 10° to 84°. Due to the different water fluidity of rain facing surface of different angles, especially the poor fluidity of surface at small angles, the risk of ponding and leakage is high,so the requirements for the roof waterproofing are very high. Based on the analysis of the leakage risk in the design and construction of the stainless steel metal roof of the auditorium of Beijing Keystone International School, this paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the waterproofing performance of the stainless steel metal roof.
