基于三焦气化理论探究扶阳抑阴法在恶性肿瘤水液代谢异常疾病治疗中的运用

Application of Fuyang Yiyin method in malignant tumors with abnormal water metabolism based on the theory of qi transformation in sanjiao

中医药从整体上调节人体水液代谢,在治疗肿瘤相关积液和水肿方面认为三焦是水液代谢的通道,三焦的气化功能推动全身水液代谢,而阳气又推动三焦气化。病理条件下阳化气不足致三焦气化失司,阴成形太过致三焦水饮内生。以扶阳抑阴法通调三焦,在恢复三焦阳气周转的同时消除痰浊、水湿、瘀血等阴邪病理产物,澄清三焦水道使源流自清而畅达。

Traditional Chinese medicine regulates the human water metabolism as a whole and has a good effect in the treatment of tumor-related fluid accumulation and edema,believing that sanjiao is the channel of water metabolism and its qi transformation function promotes the whole body’s water metabolism,while yang qi promotes the qi transformation of sanjiao.Under certain pathological conditions,the deficiency of yang qi leads to a failure of qi transformation in sanjiao,while the excessive function of yin shaping up body causes tumor-related fluid accumulation and edema in sanjiao.Therefore,it is proposed to regulate sanjiao with the method of strengthening yang and inhibiting yin,with a view of eliminating pathogenic pathological products such as phlegm turbidity,water dampness and blood stasis while restoring the circulation of yang qi in sanjiao and clearing the sanjiao channel.
