仝小林院士治疗再生障碍性贫血验案1则

A case study of the treatment of aplastic anemia by Academician Tong Xiaolin

再生障碍性贫血是造血系统难治性疾病之一,其发病机制至今尚未完全阐明,病情迁延难愈,且易复发。当前,中西医结合治疗再生障碍性贫血可取长补短,充分发挥各自优势,标本兼治。仝小林院士基于“态靶辨证”诊疗思路,将“宏观调态”与“微观打靶”结合,审查病因病机,把握疾病之态,量效合参,取得了良好的临床疗效。本文通过对仝小林院士治疗再生障碍性贫血的医案资料进行整理分析,总结其治疗理念及用药经验,以期为临床综合诊疗提供参考。

Aplastic anemia is one of the refractory diseases of the hematopoietic system,whose pathogenesis has not been completely clarified so far,featuring being difficult to be cured and prone to relapse.At present,the treatment of aplastic anemia with integrated Chinese and western medicine can complement each other’s strengths and give full play to their respective advantages,treating both symptoms and root causes of the disease.Based on the diagnosis and treatment concept of"treatment based on the differentiation of the state target",Academician Tong Xiaolin combines"a macroscopic state regulation"with"the microscopic targeted therapy"to examine the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease and concentrate on its state,conducting a comprehensive analysis of the dosage and effect of medications and achieving a remarkable clinical efficacy.This paper analyzes the medical case data of his treatment of a patient with aplastic anemia,summarizing his treatment concept and medication experience,with a view of providing a reference for the comprehensive clinical diagnosis and treatment of aplastic anemia.
