摘要
通过古籍文献调研、中药现代研究进展及其研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内的专家学者的认识及应用经验,经讨论认为鸡血藤:功效主要为活血补血、调经止痛、舒筋活络;症靶为手足麻木、血痹疼痛、月经不调;标靶为低血细胞及血红蛋白;现代药理发现鸡血藤及其有效成分具有抗肿瘤、治疗糖尿病及并发症、抗炎、镇痛、改善心血管、抗病毒等作用;本品无毒;临床使用剂量为9~45 g,应用十分广泛,内服时当结合疾病、证型、症状等因素选择相应的配伍和用量。
Based on the investigation of ancient books and literature,the progress and achievements of modern research on traditional Chinese medicine,and the understanding and application experience of experts and scholars in the field of clinical medicine and traditional Chinese pharmacology,it is argued that suberect spatholobus stem has the following characteristics:Its effects are mainly to invigorate the circulation of blood,regulate the menstruation and relieve pains,relieve the rigidity of muscles and activate collaterals.Its symptom targets are numbness of hands and feet,arthralgia due to blood stasis and menstrual disorders.Its biochemical indicator targets are low blood cells and hemoglobin.Modern pharmacology has found that suberect spatholobus stem and its effective components have the effects of anti-tumor,treatment of diabetes and its complications,anti-inflammation,analgesia,improving cardiovascular diseases and anti-virus,etc.It is non-toxic.Its clinical dosage range is 9-45 g.It is widely used.When taken internally,its corresponding medicines in combination and dosage should be selected according to the factors such as various diseases,syndrome types and symptoms.
