基于双压电悬臂梁的交变梯度磁力计

摘要 针对机械和环境扰动对交变梯度磁力计精密测量的影响,文中开发了一种抵抗强振动干扰的采用双压电悬臂梁结构的交变梯度磁力计。通过施加一定频率及振幅的外部激励对双压电悬臂梁结构的抗干扰能力进行测试,结果显示,当外部激励振幅为12μm、以165 Hz的频率(共振频率)平行于压电双晶片振动方向施加时,双压电悬臂梁与单压电悬臂梁相比,输出电压的相对标准误差降低了53.16%,这表明双压电悬臂梁结构能有效减少机械以及环境扰动的干扰。研制的交变梯度磁力计在强振动环境中的材料磁特性评估方面具有一定的应用前景。 To reduce the influence of mechanical and environmental interference on the precision measurement of alternating gradient magnetometer, a alternating gradient magnetometer with a double piezoelectric cantilever beam structure was developed to resist strong vibration interference.The anti-interference ability of the double piezoelectric cantilever beam was tested by applying external excitation of a certain frequency and amplitude.The results show that when the external excitation amplitude is 12 μm, and the frequency(resonance frequency) is 165 Hz parallel to the vibration direction of the piezoelectric bimorphs, the double piezoelectric cantilever beam is compared with the single piezoelectric cantilever beam, the relative standard deviation of the output voltage is reduced by 53.16%,which indicates that the double piezoelectric cantilever structure can effectively reduce the interference from mechanical and environmental disturbances.The developed alternating gradient magnetometer has a certain application prospect in evaluating magnetic properties of materials in strong-vibration environment.
