新文科背景下地方院校工科专业课程建设方案与改革——以天津科技大学工业工程专业为例

Construction Plan and Reform of Engineering Courses in Local Colleges and Universities under the Background of New Liberal Arts——Taking IE of Tianjin University of Science and Technology as an Example

针对新文科背景下工科专业的发展概况与存在问题,以工业工程专业为例,探讨IE类专业建设方案的指导思想、专业建设方案,并构建IE类专业建设课程体系,基于需求推动的视角对IE类专业人才培养进行改革,认为应进一步完善专业课程建设、狠抓实践与创新教学质量和提高教学资源与师资投入。

In view of the general situation and existing problems of the development of engineering specialties under the background of the new liberal arts,taking the industrial engineering specialty(IE) as an example,the paper discusses the construction plan of IE specialities and its guiding ideology,and builds a curriculum system for IE specialities. The paper holds that the reform of IE speciality talents training should be carried out based on the demand-driven perspective and measures for IE specialities construction are proposed from the aspects of further improving the construction of professional courses, paying close attention to practice and teaching quality of innovation, and improving teaching resources and teacher investment.
