Innovation Practice of Talent Training Mode in Universities of Applied Sciences——Taking Communication Engineering in Software and Communication School as an Example

坐标通信工程专业,以企业需求为导向,通过建立跟踪行业动向的知识体系更新机制,融入工程课程建设模式,引入工程人员和真实工程项目的实践环节,校企协同共进逐级提升学生工程应用能力,实现集知识体系、工程能力与一线工程师需求于一体的贯通式人才培养模式,并在实践中产生了良好效果。

With a focus on Communication Engineering,oriented by the needs of enterprises,by establishing a knowledge system updating mechanism to track the trend of the industry,integrating the construction mode of engineering courses, introducing engineering personnel and practice of real engineering projects,the school and enterprises working together to improve the students’ engineering application ability step by step, Software and Communication School in Tianjin Sino-German University of Applied Sciences managed to build the integration-type talent training mode,which integrates knowledge system,engineering ability and the needs of front-line engineers,and has produced good results in practice.
