摘要
现在CATIA布置线束是国内汽车行业普遍应用的方法,本文结合CATIA三维线束建模应用在中国大学生无人驾驶方程式大赛(Formula Student Autonomous China,FSAC)赛车上,大大减少后期线束布局周期反复的局面,使得布线更加规范、合理、简洁,避免材料和时间成本的浪费,可以准确地计算线径长度,以便于静态赛事中成本报告的分析。
Now CATIA harness layout is a widely used method in the domestic automotive industry. This paper combines CATIA three-dimensional harness modeling application with Formula Student Autonomous China(FSAC)racing car, which greatly reduces the situation of repeated harness layout cycle in the later period, making the wiring more standard,reasonable and concise,avoiding waste of material and time costs,and accurately calculating the length of the route. To facilitate the analysis of cost reports in static events.
