摘要
汽车专用三维H点假人装置的校准项目包括诸多质量和空间尺寸等,本文依据GB/T 29120—2012《H点和R点确定程序》以及JJF(机械)1065—2021《汽车专用三维H点假人装置(HPM)校准规范》对三维H点装置的质量、几何尺寸等计量特性进行深入探究,认真分析了校准过程中的不确定度,并总结出了分析示例。
The calibration project of 3D H-point dummies for automobiles includes many qualities and space dimensions,etc. In this paper,based on GB/T 29120—2012 “Procedure for H-point and R-point Determination”and JJF(mechanical)1065—2021 “Calibration Specifications of Three-dimensional H-point Machine for Vehicle Dedicated”,the quality,geometric size and other measurement characteristics of three-dimensional H point device are deeply explored,and the uncertainty in the calibration process is carefully analyzed. And the analysis example is summarized.
