“国家在场”视域下加强民族交往交流交融的实践与启示——基于G乡反贫困治理的田野调查

The Practice and Enlightenment of Enhancing the Ethnic Contact,Communication and Integration in the Perspective Gorernance of the“Presence of the State”:A Field Study of Anti-poverty Governance in G Township

利用“国家在场”的人类学分析框架,对乡村地区民族交往交流交融的表征、动力机制做出全景立体描述,总结其发展经验,以推动我国民族团结进步和铸牢中华民族共同体意识的发展。基于G乡的田野调查,发现反贫困治理中的“国家在场”促进了各民族之间的全面交往、广泛交流与深度交融。新时期,必须坚持党和国家的民族政策,必须坚持在发展中解决民族问题,必须坚持以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线,全面推动各民族之间的交往交流交融。

Using the analytical framework of the“presence of the state”in anthropology,this paper makes a panoramic and three-dimensional description of the representation and dynamic mechanism of the ethnic exchanges,communications and fusions in the rural areas,and summarizes the development experience so as to promote the national unity and progress of China and enhance the sense of the community of the Chinese nation.The field survey of G Township concludes that the“presence of the state”in anti-poverty governance provides good conditions for comprehensive,extensive and in-depth contact,communication and integration among the ethnic groups.In the new era,we must adhere to the ethnic policies of the Party and the central government,solve the ethnic problems in the process of development,and promote the exchanges,communications and fusions among all the ethnic groups in an all-round way by enhancing a strong sense of the community of the Chinese nation as the guidance.
