摘要
新能源汽车热管理是老生常谈的课题,余热回收是热管理系统中的重要环节。在整车中,产生余热的零部件有很多,如汽车发动机、三电系统、各类控制器等[1]。本系统用于一种增程式商用车热管理系统,通过对驱动电机、发电机及相关控制器的余热进行回收[2],实现高效率冬天的电池保温和驾驶舱采暖需求[3]。同时,因为采用较多串联并联的芯体,散热环境也得到了一定的提升。
New energy vehicle thermal management is a platitude topic,waste heat recovery is an important part of the thermal management system.In the whole vehicle,there are many parts that produce waste heat,such as the heat of automobile engine and tail gas,waste heat of three electric systems,and all kinds of controllers.The system is used as a thermal management system for extended range commercial vehicles.It can recover the waste heat of drive motor,generator and related controller to meet the requirements of high efficiency battery insulation and cockpit heating in winter.At the same time,because of the use of more series and parallel core,the heat dissipation environment has also been improved.
