刷写后节点丢失问题分析及改进

摘要 为满足商用物流车日益增长的功能性及舒适性的需求,控制器更新软件是一种最常用的方法之一。物流车以CAN总线作为主要通信总线,通过诊断指令,实现对控制器的诊断刷写功能。物流车在进行刷写时,需要目标控制器和非目标控制器均满足诊断刷写工作条件,而控制器诊断服务实现情况、工作负荷等因素增加了实车刷写环境的复杂性。在控制器刷写后,可能导致出现节点丢失问题。本文针对一种刷写后出现节点丢失的故障状态进行数据分析,并给出相应解决方法。 With the continuous development of the logistics industry at home and abroad,users'requirements for the functionality and comfort of commercial logistics vehicles have been constantly improved,which has accelerated the update demand for the controller's software and calibration data,and made the rapid flashing become one of the important means to improve the vehicle's indicators.The real car environment is complex and there are many factors affecting the data update.The real car fault items are usually stored in the form of diagnostic code,so that customers can analyze and track the problems.In the classification of real vehicle fault items,the node lost fault item belongs to a serious category,which will cause the vehicle to lose part of its functions and even cause traffic hazards.In this paper,a method of problem data analysis and location is presented,and suggestions for improvement are given.
