摘要 高校体育运动与体能训练整合可以减少运动损伤、提升个人素质、提高抗压能力。体育运动与体能训练整合应遵循循序渐进、分层次对待、整体控制、合理性、适度性的原则,从力量训练、速度训练、耐力训练、柔韧素质训练四方面着力,从主观、客观两方面分析影响高校体育运动与体能训练的整合调控因素,为了实现体能训练的正常负荷与体能的超越,从做好顶层设计,加大政策支持、理论与实践穿插,提升各项体能训练效率、设置体能健康管理平台,制订体能训练反馈机制、强化学生的体能观念,加强锻炼提升竞技能力、打造优质教师队伍,提升体育教学水准五方面进一步提出构建高校体育运动与体能训练的整合调控路径。 The integration of college sports and physical training can reduce sports injury, improve personal quality and improve the ability to resist pressure. The integration should follow the principles of step by step, hierarchical treatment, overall control, rationality and moderation. This paper makes a subjective and objective analysis, in terms of strength training, speed training, endurance training and flexibility quality training, on the overall control factors that influence college sports and physical training. For realizing the normal load and physical training of physical training,the paths for the overall control of college sports and physical training: are suggested to construct taking top-level design, increasing policy support,integrating theoretical knowledge and practice with teaching, improving the efficiency of physical training, setting up a physical health management platform, developing feedback mechanism of physical training, strengthening students’ physical concept, building high quality teaching staff,improving the standard of physical education.
